The room was luxury and luxury, very professional staff. They made my stay stellar. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely, there were yummy cereal, muffins, eggs, meats and fresh bread. Customer service was fantastic, I loved it. It had free Wi-Fi throughout the property for luck.
We had smooth check in.
Super breakfast, spotless place, marvellous views. We truly enjoyed hot drinks at the honesty bar. Small garden and nice pool area. Need to point that free Wi-Fi was ok, you can use it throughout the property. A secured hotel, we had a really amazing stay.
The room itself was huge and the hotel was spotless. Full English breakfast was fine, reasonably priced. Superb view of volcano. Accommodating personnel were happy to help with our requests, superb service.
