The location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the market. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The interior lobby is beautiful with high-end shopping options. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Hard to think of anything negative.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Charleston. The central location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the major tourist attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were spotless and well-maintained, including the rooftop pool complex which offered breathtaking views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Chris, the bartender at the Thoroughbred Bar, who made amazing cocktails and provided top-notch service.
