We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to main shopping areas, theaters, great restaurants, and several main sites. We were also close to Time Square, Herald Square, Bryant Park, and all the sights, especially during Christmas time. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was exceptional. They provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing board and iron. The shower room was easy to use and met my needs perfectly. The location was also excellent, being close to all the shopping hubs in midtown and transportation hubs. I was able to easily walk to popular attractions like the Empire State Building and Times Square. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with options like basic oatmeal.

The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
