The location of this hotel was fantastic - it was near to a lot of Dallas attractions, including the Meyerson, and just a short walk away from Elm Street & Main Streets which had loads of bars and restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location near Dallas Museum of Art was convenient for us, as we love visiting museums. The staff was incredible, with employees holding our doors and providing excellent service. Phillip, the concierge, was especially helpful, giving us recommendations and sharing his knowledge about the area. We also appreciated the separate bedroom and living room in our room, which had its own dining area. our experience was excellent.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, including Amber and Elizabeth at the front desk, Wes at valet, and Katlyn at the bar, were amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, always suggesting the perfect things to do in the Art District location of this city. The hotel's transportation service, with a luxury black SUV taking me to a nice Italian restaurant at no extra charge, was a delightful surprise. The rooftop pool with beautiful gardens and beehives provided a unique and relaxing experience amidst the skyscrapers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property was exceptionally clean, and my king size room was comfortable with an amazing view. The pool was a perfect place to relax, and the bar service was excellent. The hotel's location in downtown was ideal as it allowed me to easily explore many food, shopping, and museum options within walking distance. The staff, especially Amber and Elizabeth at the front desk, Wes at valet, and Katlyn at the bar, were incredibly friendly and helpful. this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my time in this city truly memorable.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and the JFK museum within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of the free tram ride to the West Village shopping district.
