I had an incredible overnight stay at this hotel before my cruise! I arrived a few hours before check-in, but the staff was so accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The G Bar at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the drinks and food were delicious. Shiva, one of the servers, was fantastic and provided excellent service. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised when I requested a late check-out so that I could enjoy the hotel a bit longer before my cruise. Instead of just an extra hour, they generously offered a 1pm check-out time at no extra charge. The views from the hotel were amazing as well. I highly recommend this property for its fantastic amenities and exceptional customer service!
Not obvious to find.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach was the best thing about our stay - it was beautiful. The staff, especially Lavencia at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great area, close to shopping, restaurants, and the cruise ship port. The breakfast was superb, with a great choice and delicious omelettes made to order. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable. the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch.

The location is also convenient, especially if you're planning on going on a cruise. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I loved the convenience of having a restaurant and Starbucks onsite. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury at an affordable price.
