The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and pleasant, and the location was within walking distance to the Convention Center. The hotel facilities, including parking, were great.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the convention center, and there were plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the lovely room with a balcony to the great pool that we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks coffee shop right inside the hotel. And to top it all off, the food in the restaurant was delicious, except for one incident where the table cloth and serviettes were dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and polite, and the room was clean. We were impressed with their quick response when we requested more linens. The location of this hotel was great, very close to the convention center and within walking distance to the Rose Parade/Rose Bowl, where we attended a group event. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with free bottles of water on arrival and ear plugs provided by the bed. The valet service was efficient, charging our Tesla every night and saving us time and money. we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, location, and helpful staff at this hotel.
