The facilities were top-notch, including a variety of pools and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to various locations. The staff were exceptional, with standout employees such as Joaquina from Housekeeping, Emma at breakfast, and Andre and Quirilo from the Front Desk, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. Joaquina from Housekeeping was amazing, always with a kind smile. Emma at breakfast was also delightful and provided excellent service. Andre and Quirilo at the Front Desk were outstanding, giving great suggestions and always having the right answers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the numerous pools and well-cared-for grounds. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Marina and its bustling atmosphere. the staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were exceptional.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at reception. I had a fantastic experience with the room service, which was prompt and the food was delicious. I want to specifically mention the waiter at the pool on May 20th, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel also maintained strict hygiene protocols, ensuring a safe and clean environment during my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the marina via Uber.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.
