We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being within walking distance to Shinjuku train station and bus terminal. It was also conveniently close to a metro station and had good restaurants right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when I broke my foot and needed crutches. The room was very clean, and despite being compact, there was enough space to store our luggage. the hotel's location, cleanliness, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive, considerate, helpful, polite, and efficient. They even helped us arrange home delivery for our suitcases and provided us with a small table as a nightstand. The lobby was elegant and spacious, with comfortable chairs. The bargain rates we found online made it even better. Our room had a comfortable bed, a fairly quiet ambiance, and a nice wide desk. The hotel also had fast and free wifi and a washer and dryer available on certain floors. The location was perfect, as it was near the train station, convenient stores, and many restaurants.

We were able to connect easily to all the major attractions in Tokyo. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. We also appreciated the convenience of being near several large shopping centers, such as Odakyu, Lumine, Keio, and Tamanashi, where we found a variety of shops and dining options.
