The hotel had outstanding cleanliness, with an impeccably well-kept property inside and out. The different pools and jacuzzis were awesome, and the poolside games like rock climbing, Jenga, and mini golf provided great entertainment. There were also multiple restaurants on-site, along with a café offering Starbucks coffee and smoothies. The gym had a wide variety of equipment, and the gondola ride was a unique and enjoyable experience. With so many activities and amenities available, there was no need to venture outside the hotel. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and there were no noise disturbances to interrupt our restful sleep. The hotel facilities were impressive, with multiple pools to enjoy, including one with sand for toddlers. The highlight for our kids was the awesome slide in the pool. Additionally, the hotel offered a gondola ride, which was a unique experience. Inside the hotel, we loved the convenience of the 24-hour Starbucks coffee shop, which also served food, making it a great alternative to the pool area for dining. The location was perfect, centrally located to explore this city and its surroundings, including Regency Club in Phoenix.
