We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful, offering an awesome view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The shower was sparkling clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with fast elevators and a well-equipped fitness center. We also loved the convenience of having Starbucks in the lobby. The location was perfect, as it was right in downtown and close to the Amway center. Additionally, finding the hotel was easy, as it is right off of I-4, and there is a grocery store within walking distance. the staff were all very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bar and restaurant were convenient for our after-hour time spent. The lobby area was modern and attractive, and the bed was very comfortable. I requested an early arrival and they had the room ready. The room was clean with a nice view from the 12th floor. It was also very quiet. The location was close to an event at Amway, and we were able to walk to/from a concert without any issues. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Vanessa and Makayla, were super friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond by refunding our money for a canceled show and even sent a thoughtful note with suggestions for things to do in the area. The room was clean and functional, and the lobby area was really nice. The hotel was conveniently located close to all the downtown action and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy the local venues.

The hotel had great facilities and amenities, including a Starbucks in the lobby and a bar that was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, right in downtown, close to the stadiums and within walking distance of the McCartney concert venue. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and even stayed open late to serve us after the concert.
