The location of the hotel was perfect, just off Market Street, and close to Bart and other public transport. It was also walking distance to Union Square and all department stores. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, making it convenient to find meals. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and awesome pillows.

Can't fault the property in any way.
