The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and the staff was very generous and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, as it is within walking distance of Tangers, the Boardwalk, and some casinos. There is a Starbucks downstairs that stays open until 11 PM, and the higher floors offer great views.

Nothing, it was perfect!

The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. We requested a handicap room with a walk-in shower, and the desk staff made it happen. The location was convenient for transportation, as the NJ transit was right next to the hotel. It was also close to the AC Convention Center and the shopping mall with outlet shops. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and location right across the street from the convention center. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom had a powerful shower. The hotel had great facilities, including a convenience store/mini Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us, as we could easily walk to the boardwalk and the Tanger Outlets. Additionally, being right next to the rail station made it convenient for arriving by Amtrak. we had a great experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff made me and my husband feel so comfortable from the moment we checked in. The location is perfect, right by the outlet shopping district and within walking distance of the casino hotels. Plus, it's conveniently located next to the train station and the convention center, where we parked our car. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice coffee maker for our morning coffee or tea. The WiFi was also easy to use. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location were all top-notch.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.
