The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The design details in the room were great, with plenty of storage and good lighting. The bar and restaurant were also fantastic, and there were lots of transportation options nearby.

The hotel impressed us with its 10/10 architectural design, design features, and overall ambiance. The central atrium was magnificent, adding a touch of grandeur to our stay. Moreover, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the attentive and charming staff made us feel welcome and ensured our needs were met. The Concierge service was particularly helpful in assisting with transportation and planning our activities. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring this city. It was conveniently located near the 9/11 Museum, St. Paul's Chapel, and several metro lines, allowing for easy access to various attractions and neighborhoods.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the financial district. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Wall Street and high profile businesses, and close to the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel itself was stunning, with stylish furnishings and a breathtaking main atrium. The facilities were top-notch, including an expansive restaurant and a vibrant cocktail lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests or recommendations for our stay. this hotel provided a great experience in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The luxurious decor and comfortable beds made our stay extremely enjoyable. The bathrooms were also very lavish. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful cocktail bar and a restaurant that served delicious food. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the hotel's history. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was well connected to various transport hubs in the FIDI area.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
