I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we had to cut our stay short due to the weather. They worked with us to refund the night we couldn't stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was right by a river and had grassy areas outside where I could walk my dog. The hotel was also conveniently close to downtown, with plenty of excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. The scenic river walk behind the hotel was a bonus, perfect for walking, running, or biking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to the Animas River and the bike path, which I used all the time. Furthermore, it was just a short walk to downtown where there are plenty of breakfast places, though they were quite busy. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay with helpful staff and a room upgrade. The location was perfect, right across from downtown Durango. We could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the Durango & Silverton Railway. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool, exercise room, and free WiFi.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was just a short walk to the main street and the beautiful Animas River. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were adequate. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
