We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite with a breathtaking view of the Empire State Building. The hotel had a lot of character and we loved the old-fashioned 1920's ambiance. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close to popular attractions like Macy's and the Empire State Building in Manhattan. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the quiet room and hallways ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered discounted parking at a nearby garage, which was a great convenience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially during the busy 4th of July weekend. The location was perfect, right across from Penn Station and within walking distance of Madison Square Gardens, the Tunnel, great restaurants, shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room we were moved to was much nicer and well-maintained. The view from our room on the 35th floor was breathtaking and added to our overall experience. The hotel facilities and the 24/7 Tick tock bar were a definite plus.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The suites were absolutely incredible, accommodating all nine of our guests comfortably. The luxury amenities and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Macy's and right next to a subway station. Being in the heart of Manhattan, we were able to easily explore the city and enjoy classic American diners like 'Andrews' for delicious breakfasts. The staff, from reception to cleaning, were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. a fantastic experience!

The location was perfect, within walking distance to major tourist areas. We could easily explore Time Square, Broadway, and Central Park. The hotel also had a subway station across the road, making it convenient to visit other attractions or travel to different parts of the city. The staff, especially Jessica at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel had a luxurious entrance and halls, giving a sense of elegance and grandeur.
It was all superb.
