The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was really helpful. The location was convenient, being close to downtown and offering easy access to major expressways.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance to the charming Lake Ivanhoe/Ivanhoe Village area and close to downtown. The staff's attention to detail and the unexpected free upgrade made my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near our family who live in the Colonial town North neighborhood of this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and tidy rooms that provided a comfortable stay. Plus, the pool area was well-maintained and they even supplied pool towels for guests to use. We also appreciated the convenience of onsite parking for $20. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the front desk to the restaurant/bar staff and valet. Being a Hilton member, Ruthie at the front desk made us feel welcomed and valued. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location next to the train line and train crossings. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable bed. The location was also a major plus, as it was convenient for transportation and exploring the city.
