I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was perfect for exploring the city's waterfront and nearby mansions. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the cozy and comfortable rooms. I also enjoyed the excellent restaurant, which offered delicious food. the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff made my stay exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. I didn't need to use my car at all. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful building to the great sitting area. The staff at the front desk were very nice and provided outstanding service. The hotel also offered a lot of great options for families, such as roasting marshmallows, movie night with popcorn, and an indoor pool. The location was also convenient, with short walks to downtown and a longer walk to the Cliff Walk and mansions. The hotel provided free wifi and a wide selection of free movies on the TV in the room.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the marina and near the Redwood Library and Athenaeum. The staff, from the welcoming receptionist to the helpful concierge, were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The hotel offered clean towels daily, and the housekeeping staff should be commended for their dedication.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentive staff, especially Donayiza. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a fabulous ambiance and a beautiful rooftop. The location was perfect for us, as it allowed for easy walking to shops, restaurants, and Pasta Beach.
